Soften package of yeast in 1 l/2 cups warm water.
Add 3/4 teaspoon salt; 1 l/2 teaspoons sugar.
Mix in 4 cups flour.
Knead into a soft, smooth dough.
The children can roll and mold to their hearts content.
Place shapes on a cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
