Read the book Noah by Mary Rice Hopkins -- with beautiful art by Wendy Francisco -- which illustrates the magnitude of what God did through Noah.
Then have the children make an ark and animals by
using this recipe: Soften package of
yeast in 1 l/2 cups warm water. Add 3/4 teaspoon salt; 1 l/2 teaspoons sugar. Mix
in 4 cups flour. Knead into a soft, smooth dough. The children can roll and create
animals of all kinds. Place shapes on a cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 425 degrees
for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
