This has always been a high attendance day for us!
The treats can be made ahead of time and frozen. Put two scoops of different ice cream flavors into a Styrofoam cup. Top with chocolate or butterscotch sauce and sprinkle on a few nuts. Take out of the freezer fifteen minutes before needed. Sundaes can be served at a central place or taken to each classroom.
