HEALTHY SANDWICH
Recipe for 1
1/2 medium apple - chopped
1/8 cup raisins
1/8 cup cheddar cheese - grated
1/8 cup pecans (optional) - chopped
Miracle Whip or mayonnaise as needed.
Mix together thoroughly.
Serve on wheat bread, hamburger buns or pita pocket.
